Booking
To book in for makeup services, please use the book online button at the top of the page. Please note all services must be prepaid.
For Bridal bookings, please contact Kayleigh directly.
All appointments take place at my home studio in Wapping, London.
2. Payment
All payments must be made online using the Wix booking system unless agreed otherwise with Kayleigh.
Payments can be made via card and Paypal. Cash is not accepted.
All fees will be in accordance with the prices listed on this website.
If the Client fails to ensure full payment, by the time of the makeup appointment - the appointment will be cancelled.
3. Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance of the appointment or full amount will be lost.
This can be transferred to an alternative date depending on Kayleigh's availability.
Any cancellations made within 7 days will be liable to be lost.
Cancellations by Kayleigh due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems rendering the performance of her obligations and where no other suitable alternative can be given will result in a full refund to the Client. No further compensation will be offered. An alternative highly recommended makeup artist might be suggested by Kayleigh.
Refunds are issued via the same method of payment.
